Jews are vindicated and strike down their enemies.
The feast of Purim celebrates the victory with feasting and present giving.

Parable of the Sower
Path – eaten by the birds – Satan takes the words away
Rocky Soil – roots wither – Persecution takes them out
Thorns – Cares of the world weigh down, instead of being given to God
Good soil – words of God accepted and fruit is born a hundred times!

Abraham is used to show the promise of salvation is by faith not works!
