Please can you help? I am in great need of volunteers to help next Thursday, Friday and Saturday at Gaywood and Hardwick Tesco Stores.

Tesco’s will be holding their summer National collection next weekend, which helps King’s Lynn Foodbank so much. Without this help we would struggle to provide the food necessary for those in need within our community. The Tesco National collection’s are our biggest source of donated food.

We really need your Church’s support in helping to spread the news that the event is going to be on and with volunteers to help out at the event.

We are looking for volunteers that could spare an hour or two to help with the food collection between 10-6pm from Thursday 30th June to Saturday 2nd July . Collections will be at both the Hardwick Extra Store and Gaywood Tesco Store.

Basically it’s handing leaflets out to Tesco customers as they come into store and collecting from them the food they have brought for the foodbank.

All the food collected goes directly to King’s Lynn Foodbank, which is given to local people in crisis.
