I just wanted to do a quick plug for this outstanding book. The Good God is a breathtakingly good book about how good God is. Reeves examines the trinity as a loving relationship emanating from the Father to us, making salvation not just rescue from sin and judgement but entering into the love of God in all its’ fullness. Stunning, worshipful and amusingly written, with great sidebars from historical Christians who had got it. You really ought to buy it or borrow it and read it!
