Chocolate, success, money, adventure, or a relationship? We all have cravings – some of them will be satisfied, some can’t be satisfied but which ones must be satisfied? What are the deepest cravings inside all of us? Purpose, forgiveness, meaning, significance…love?

To many church is a stuffy old institution irrelevant to modern life. To us….? We’ve found that there’s something about being part of a Christ centered community of like minded people that helps us search out and satisfy these soul cravings. To be a Christian is not something you are born into, it means to become a follower of Christ. Following him to find forgiveness, purpose, love and more.

The Gateway Church is made up of many different people – some who’ve been Christians for many years – some who’ve just started that journey. But we all have one thing in common – we’re seeking to satisfy those soul cravings on a journey together and with Christ.

Interested? Want to know more? You are more than welcome to come along to any of our Sunday meetings. If you’re coming on your own and would like to know at least one person before you arrive then contact us in advance – we can meet you at the door. You will find us very friendly but not pushy! Come along and take it at your own pace.

If you are exploring the Christian faith, then the Alpha course might be for you. We usually run two Alpha courses a year and they provide an opportunity to discuss the basics of the faith in a relaxed setting.

If you are wanting to get to know people and grow in your faith, then you would be welcome to join one of our Life groups.
